Paper and Plastic is a music discovery platform founded between Atlanta and Barranquilla, created to spotlight Latino artists from around the world. Built for the crate diggers and deep listeners searching for the new, the overlooked, the timeless, and the next, we focus on music that matters—whether it’s rising or resurfacing. Our name speaks to value: paper or plastic, cash or card—it’s all about getting the bag and giving the music the clarity, space, and recognition it deserves.

Paper X Plastic came together quietly, the way most real partnerships do. Antonio Francisco and Jordan Brewer had been moving through the music industry for years on different paths, building experience from opposite ends of the same conversation. Antonio spent his career shaping multicultural creative across SiriusXM Media, working with SiriusXM, Pandora, and SoundCloud at the intersection of music, brands, and culture. That world demanded structure, clarity, and a deep understanding of identity—principles he now brings into artist development. Jordan, a jazz musician and Chicago native, built his foundation alongside artists, managing careers from the studio to the road, working with labels, and helping talent translate sound into live experience. They first met years ago in a coffee shop, talking music, culture, and brands, and quickly realized they shared the same instincts about how artists should be supported. What began as friendship became collaboration, and collaboration became Paper X Plastic. Today, the company manages artists across genres and geographies, with a roster spanning from Atlanta to Colombia and the Middle East, guided by a detailed, hands-on approach rooted in trust, intention, and long-term vision.
